Business Development Manager Job at Nightingale at Arkadelphia
Nightingale is looking for the right individual to initiate the implementation of marketing and business development initiatives which support the achievement of growth of the Nightingale skilled nursing facilities.
- Responsible for establishing regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities.
- Work with facility marketing teams in development of marketing plans.
- Team approach to census and growth with facilities tream members.
- Coordinate referral management with other liaisons when applicable.
- Assist in securing necessary medical record information needed for facility placement.
- Communicate admission agreements, as appropriate.
The position will work closely with the Nightingale facilities in the region, along with hospitals, home health, hospice and other healthcare related entities to ensure growth of the Nightingale brand in the area.
The position is given a large amount of autonomy. Critical thinking, knowledge of the local healthcare market is a plus.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Healthcare / Clinical experience desired, but not necessary. Will train the right individual.
