Business Development & Hospital Liaison Job at Carroll Pointe Nursing Home
We are seeking a skilled Marketing/ Hospital Liaison to build relationships with hospital and communities to transition patients into nursing home. Candidate must have vehicle and willing to travel to area hospitals and physician clinics around North Louisiana, southern Arkansas, etc... You will be reimbursed for miles driven for work.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with hospital case managers and discharge planners.
- Meet with local assisted livings and adult homes.
- Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals to build referrals.
- Work with the Director of Admissions to build referral base and coordinate admissions to the facility.
Requirements of the Hospital Liaison:
- Skilled nursing experience is a must.
- One (1) or more years’ experience in long-term care with a Marketing role.
- Must have connections within the area -or- be able to establish such.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (i.e., clinical outcomes, data points, etc.)
- Experience working with the local community.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram.
- Knowledge of nursing home admissions procedures and insurances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
