Inspirus is seeking an experienced Sales Hunter Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, demonstrating, and closing new logo acquisition opportunities. This resource is responsible for performing needs-based prospect discovery and aligning the value proposition of our SaaS-based Employee Engagement platform to consistently meet/ exceed budget objectives for your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will confidently instruct prospects on the business benefits that they would expect to derive by adopting our HR-related Employee Engagement platform.

Core Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve revenue growth – Deliver results!
  • Establish and nurture trust-based relationships to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and keep engagement high with prospects
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, solution architects, customer success, sales development, and others toward common growth objectives
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements – Aligning to Inspirus solutions and an applicable value proposition
  • Effectively facilitate needs-based discovery meetings and product demonstrations to design and deliver aligned, value-based proposal
  • Maintain accurate/ timely pipeline management and activity reporting within Salesforce.com
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Inspirus products, HR industry, Reward & Recognition trends, and those of our competitors
  • Own the entirety of the sales engagement from lead conversion, discovery, demo, progression, negotiation, contracting, closing, and handoff to onboarding/ client success
  • Manage multiple deals with the highest level of sales professionalism
  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty
  • Uphold company values and embrace team culture

Travel: Up to 10%

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of previous sales hunter experience in Enterprise Software/ SaaS
  • Strong understanding of HR technology solutions, specifically around employee engagement, rewards, and recognition
  • Challenger sales experience to teach, tailor and take control of sales engagement to become a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively sell virtually and in-person
  • A track record of achieving/ exceeding your new business objectives
  • Skilled in negotiations and overcoming objections
  • Inquisitive and insightful with excellent listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbally and written, in-Person and virtually
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Microsoft applications including Teams is preferred
  • Highly collaborative, team player, positive attitude
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary: From $90,000.00 per year
