Client Care Liaison / Business Development

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Client Care Liaison/business development associate, you will build and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources. In this role, you will generate patient/resident referrals by helping referral sources understand the benefits of quality patient care, wherever they call home. You will serve as a “patient advocate" following the patients referred and working with social workers, case managers, and discharge planners through a team-based approach to ensure quality outcomes. As a Client Care Liaison, you will develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts and market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Outside sales role to cover 1-2 Counties
  • Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy.
  • Set and achieve goals for sales revenue.
  • Meet with and present the benefits of patient care to hospitals, independent and assisted living facilities as well as skilled nursing facilities in designated territory.
  • Grow market share by obtaining referrals and increased participation with the Alvita Team.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the health care team.
  • Regularly meet with and inform the operational team, clinical team, and business development team of new patient referrals and receive updates regarding the referred patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Home health / healthcare sales experience highly preferred
  • Clinical / healthcare background preferred
  • Prior track record of sales success
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and growth mindset.
  • Highly organized; strong system for tracking requests and closing the loop with key stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic. Energized by building.
  • Metric driven.
  • Self-starter.

COMPENSATION

The position will offer competitive base salary plus monthly commission compensation. Uncapped commission is directly tied to revenue generated. In addition, it will offer the personal reward associated with transforming our clients’ and their families’ lives and building the leading home care platform in the country.
