Looking for a Business Development Associate to join a rapidly expanding Investment Advisory Firm in Fort Lauderdale! This is a hybrid opportunity with a generous bonus structure!!
Role
Our BDA’s core purpose is to set meetings for the Business Development team. This is a high-volume outbound calling role in a call center style environment. You will have clear weekly and monthly performance expectations focused on new deals that you are creating from the leads provided._ You will be coached from some of the top sales leaders at the Company to assist and guide your progress._
Requirements:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of appointment-setting experience in high-volume outbound calling programs
- Active working knowledge of Hubspot, Kixie and LinkedIn
- General knowledge of financial industry trends, advisory compensation models and insurance products preferred
- Past financial services work experience with a broker-dealer, insurance agency or RIA preferred
- FINRA Securities licenses Series 6, 63, 65 preferred
