You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with financial management or budgeting for DoD clients

• Experience with business and financial analysis, including developing spend plans and tracking budget execution against defined obligation and expenditure benchmarks

• Experience with developing metrics, reports, documents, and executive level briefings in support of senior leadership

• Knowledge of DoD Financial Management principles and translating strategic guidance into resource allocation decisions

• Ability to analyze complex data in support of business, budget, and financial related data calls

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process

• Experience with the acquisition life cycle for information technology systems, including aligning business decisions to strategic and operational priorities

• Knowledge of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) system

• Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• DoD Financial Management Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
