Business Analyst, Sales at our Gastonia, NC Main Office location

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and analytical reports that allow the business to understand performance and drill down to identify specific opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate across functional teams (sales groups across the traditional sales channels, and marketing) to provide reports to help understand the current status and transform it into an actionable working plan
• Management of the sales bonus commissions
• Development and management of Sales Budget system
• Coordinate customer plant tours/visits
• Report, track and process various programs and credits
• Report, track and process invoicing from outside sources
• Perform general administrative transactions and activities for sales groups across the USA, including District Sales Managers and Business Development Managers requests
• Perform additional tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance) or Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience as Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Experience:

• 3 years of data analysis or business analyst experience within the automotive industry

Required Skills:

• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel including the use of pivot tables, formulas, look-ups etc.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Power Point including strong presentation skills
• Must be structured, flexible, and customer oriented
• Must be able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment
• High level of integrity, able to work independently, be comfortable with large, disparate sets of data, proactive with exceptional attention to details

Preferred Skills:

• SAP
• Data visualization competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
