Summary of Role:

The Business Analyst will assist Enterprise Infrastructure Services with staffing, and contracting requests. They will also assist the end to end process of these requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout Enterprise Services. They will also manage and maintain all artifacts and dashboards ensuring all data is up to date, accurate and ready for executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Centrally manages end to end process for all resource requests, from submission to PO execution/closure and delivery, ensuring all requests are processed through standard workflow
  • Facilitates meetings, promoting collaboration between all process stakeholders, mediating delta and promoting timely execution of requests, per process service level agreements.
  • Assists with establishing communication plans to foster collaboration and information sharing with stakeholders
  • Leads cross collaboration and communication with partner teams central to execution of requests (e.g., finance, contract review team, Legal team, governance teams, suppliers)
  • Updates & maintains requests dashboard (Infra Tracker)
  • Maintains data for reporting of FTE headcount, staff aug resourcing, and sourcing financials
  • Generates monthly FTE headcount and staff aug report to share with Business Office Lead and Executive Reporting Team
  • Tracks, manages, and communicates request issues, risks, and escalations to higher level management
  • Point of contact for inquiries, regarding procurement requests, data points and process updates.
  • Updates process workflow documentation
  • Develops, recommends, and implements new procedures/solutions to increase efficiency, transparency, and engagement
  • Audits purchase order expirations/terms and ensures resource and non-resources are in compliance with contract expirations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Procurement analysis experience; business management; and strategic sourcing knowledge
  • Advanced analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to liaison effectively between mid-level to executive level management across workstreams
  • Experience with small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong time management, managing multiple types of scope at the same time
  • Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to adapt to frequent change.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
