Mandatory Skill: 12 to 15 Years of BA experience Mandatory , Large Implementations of SAP, Salesforce or Service Now, Azure Devops, JIRA, ServiceNow.
These 3 business analysts are standard BAs, must have experience with requirement solicitation, documentation, gathering business rules, documenting user stories, develop test cases and support testing effort etc. This assignment is for the platform build, then they will work on onboarding 146 member firms (countries) on to the platform.
Should be Senior level BA, self-sufficient, doesn’t need a lot of hand holding. Strong written communication skills for user stories, acceptance criteria etc.
Should be able to handle pressure and should be able to adapt to change.
Not mandatory but would be great if they are open to travel such as to Montvale NJ even if they are not in NJ. About 10 to 15% travel.
Huge plus if they have Azure Devops, JIRA, ServiceNow experience if they had documented SNOW requirements.
It is a very complex program, and it will be a big information dump in the beginning.
We are expect them to be independent Prefer candidates who show more stability and longer-term job history. Ideally has experience with a large-scale implementation.
Some flexibility on the rate for a very senior level resource.

Pay: $29.53 - $65.39 per hour
