Creates and executes specific deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business-sponsored IT project. Key contributor to overall project success.
Perform analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality requirements, stories, and sources to target mapping. Solves complex problems including multiple interfaces with other systems across various business units and systems. Considers all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective.

Functional components:
Adheres to AGILE project management methodology by utilizing internal procedures and tools to identify areas for methodology improvement and best practices. Participates in BA team meetings across domains or programs to share information about projects and programs and to identify project dependencies within and across releases. Ensures that information repositories with application and process information area appropriately developed and maintained. Participates in the documentation processes relating to decision making rationales/ methodologies (ex. DAR) in support of project(ex. Software selection) or program deliverables.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
6+ years Business Analysis experience.
6+ years of experience in Agile/SaFE & PI Planning

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to recognize complex problems vs. objectives and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions and procedures. Possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles, methodologies inclusive of Use Case tools.

Education
Bachelors preferred

HS diploma with experience required
