Employment Solutions is now hiring an experienced burn table operator in Commerce City, CO! We are seeking a motivated CNC oxy/plasma machine operator. The operator will set up and operate overhead cranes to load/unload steel plates, verify finished product meets specifications, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements of the Burn Table Operator:

• Experience operating CNC plasma and oxy machines
• Experience with overhead crane
• Ability to read tape measure to within 1/16”
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time
• Able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly
• Able to pass a drug screen
• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess soft skills and can be reliable
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities of the Burn Table Operator:

• Interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes
• Select correct machine settings for optimal cutting operations
• Measure materials to assure conformance with design specifications
• Select correct material type, stock size, and dimensions
• Transfer appropriate data onto materials
• Keep a clean, organized, and staging work area
• Keep and accurate record of daily operations and material usage
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Show up with a positive and can do attitude

1st shift position: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM

$19 - $25/hour DOE!
