We are immediately hiring a building maintenance associate in Westlake.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits:
- Weekly pay starts at $18/hr
- Hours are Flex Shifts scheduled week to week, as needed. 16-24 hrs a week. open to 1st or 3rd shift rotations

Duties & Requirements:
- Must have relevant experience
- Building Maintenance
- Light Plumbing
- Light Carpentry
- Floor Buffing
- Locks, Faucets, Cabinets
- Reapply Moldings/repair furniture as needed
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Must be up to date with all Covid vaccinations
- Clean drug screen
- Clean Background check
- Stand, stoop and bend
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
