Brewery Cook Job at Hillman Beer
Hillman Beer is looking for exceptional cooks who can help us in our mission to provide elevated comfort food to our guests!
Free meals, after-shift beers, 6 month reviews for financial increases, matching retirement programs, and milestone anniversary gifts are just part of what you can be part of!!! Starting pay is a minimum of $19/hour!
Other duties include:
- Prepare food ingredients, including slicing, portioning, and cleaning produce
- Take ownership and maintain each respective workstation
- Understand and consistently execute recipes and line builds in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean workstation and uniform
- Problem solve and make quick decisions
- Communicate effectively with all team members
- Assist with cleaning, sweeping, moping, washing dishes, taking out trash, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen from open to close
- Ensure that all Hillman Beer policies and procedures are followed
- Other duties as assigned
