Job Description
Our Breakfast Attendants smile and always provide friendly and professional service, with genuine care and attention to detail; Take initiative to welcome guests; Exercise a sense of urgency for guest inquiries, requests and/or concerns; Be knowledgeable in menu offerings and preparations; Prepare, stock and ensure available food options are plentiful throughout the duration of breakfast; Complete all assigned prep and side work with attention to detail; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety and sanitation standards; Assist in the creation and planning of menus as required; Aid in the inventorying, purchasing, receiving and storage of all department items as required; Help team members as needed to encourage a team atmosphere; Take pride in your role in order to embody an exceptional guest service atmosphere; Other duties as assigned by management; Adhere to all company policies and procedures; Nights, weekends, and holidays required; Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.

Additional Job Requirements:

· Hotel experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train.

· Ability to work with all types of people.
