Brand Builder / Part-time - Costal Los Angeles (FT)

If you want to make waves in the innovative Hard Kombucha category, we are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing Team as a part-time Brand Builder based in the coastal Los Angeles Area. Your role as a Brand Builder is to promote our Liquid to Lips initiative by activating at local events, engaging with existing and prospective customers, seeking opportunities for community outreach, and providing education around our brand, flavors, and more!

What You'll Do:
  • Identify, set-up, and execute events including but not limited to consumer-facing, community events, festivals, and more!
  • Educate consumers on Boochcraft’s USPs
  • Engage with consumers to create a positive experience to boost brand awareness, customer loyalty, and drive sales
  • Identify and execute on strong community relationships with aligned business, providing product sampling and pop-up event opportunities. Those could include Co-workspaces, Fitness Facilities, Retail Stores, Clubs/Organizations, etc.
  • Assist in any promotional events and/or samplings in surrounding territories when needed
  • Assist Brand Manager to seed product with key brand partners that align with the brand
  • Manage and maintain all event supplies provided in activations, such as jockey box, lines, and CO2
  • Ordering and picking up product from local distribution
  • Housing event gear including cold product when required
  • Driving the event van for all events
  • Complete event recap forms in a timely manner following each activation
  • Report all progress and outreach in designated documents
  • Look to improve the event experience from the customer perspective to be interactive, educational, and fun.
  • Communicate needed resources to the manager so that we can always provide a unique event experience.

What You'll Need:
  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work within the assigned territory of Los Angeles , CA
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Lead Certification & RBS Training Completion required. Candidate will be considered without these trainings completed but will be required to complete certifications within 30 days of hire in order to continue working
  • Interpersonal, energetic, and confident in engaging with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Minimum 1 year of professional Field Marketing experience working for a CPG brand
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred:
  • Strong network of local brand partners and influencers
  • Experience with CRM tools

Travel:
  • Must be comfortable with long commutes when necessary to event venues; compensated per terms in our travel policy
  • Required up to 20% outside of designated territory

This position pays between $18.00 hr. to $20.00 hr.

Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift moderately heavy equipment (up to 60 lbs.) and operate equipment within safety standards. Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions for periods up to 10 hours. Ability to bend, twist, kneel frequently. Must have manual dexterity. Endurance to work an entire shift on foot.
