RW Garcia, a subsidiary of UTZ Quality foods, is looking to grow their loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Boxer to join their team of manufacturing professionals in Lincolnton, NC on Secondshift.

As a Boxer, this candidate will be primarily responsible to assemble and move boxes and pallets from one area to another as needed throughout the day. This schedule will work Mon-Fri 3:00 pm-11:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring boxes and pallets prior to production and as needed throughout the day from the warehouse to the packing room.
• Assemble cases confirming the correct box used.
• Run boxes through taping machine.
• Monitor code and quality of print on boxes assuring correct information is showing.
• Place boxes on pallet assuring proper count is on each pallet.
• Record time of each pallet and remove from packing room to the warehouse.
• Help maintain clean working area.
• Assist with relieving break schedules.
• Remove trash and place it in the proper container, weigh the bucket, and dump it.
• Assist in blow down and cleaning during the change over.
• Help the lead person lift heavy rolls of film if they need it.
• Assist in cleanup and sanitization at end of week cleanup.
• Perform any other duties as directed by Lead Person and Supervisor.
