Our organization is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new software programs. Would also be in charge of the making sure the maintance of the property kept up and the buildings look clean and "new"
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare invoices and other financial documents.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with payroll processing.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Saugatuck, MI 49453: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
