Bookkeeper would be responsible for -
Association Financials -
- Posting received payments
- Sending invoices
- Paying Bills
- Bank deposits
- Bank reconcilation
- Preparing monthly financial statement
- Assisting with owner questions
Short Term and Long Term Contracts -
- Posting owner payments
- Billing utilites to owners
- Assisting with owner questions
Company Administrative -
- Bank reconciliation
- Month end procedures
Will train! Job duties outlined in thorough instruction manual too. Wage on this listing is starting offer. Will review after 90 days.
