Black Clover is looking for an organized, accurate and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team at our corporate headquarters in Draper, Utah. The ideal candidate will provide accounting support to supervisors and managers within the accounting department and senior management team. They will ensure that files and financials are complete, accurate and maintained as needed.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting and clerical functions
• Compile and catalog receipts for reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
• Support accounting personnel
• Prepare Ad Hoc reports as needed for supervisors
• Special projects as assigned

Bookkeeper Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
• Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
• Able to meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Ability to prepare basic to semi-complex spreadsheets from scratch
• Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
