Job Title: Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator Registered Nurse in Phoenix,Arizona

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced BMT RN to coordinate all aspects of the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) program and the Survivor Management Program. As the BMT RN, you will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and outside entities to obtain information, documentation, and data required prior to patients presenting to the BMT team for consideration and evaluation as a possible candidate for Bone Marrow Transplant.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of the Bone Marrow Transplant program
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, patients, and outside entities
Obtain required documentation and data
Provide care for bone marrow transplant and hematology-oncology populations
Requirements:

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) Preferred
Three (3) or more years of related nursing experience
Arizona RN license, or a license from a compact state with Multistate privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association
PALS from the American Heart Association
APHON Biotherapy and Chemotherapy certification within 6 months of hire
Additional Skills:

Must be able to work flexible hours
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
