BILLING SPECIALIST Job at Alpha Omega Construction Group Inc
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of accounting software preferred
Enter accounts payable invoices into accounting software (Sage)
Answer vendor inquiries, both internally and externally
Compile weekly payables (open balance reports)
Create accounts receivable invoices based on builder/customer purchase orders
Review accounts receivable invoices for discrepancies
Work closely with Alpha Omega Corporate for invoice submission, payment generation and problem resolution
Perform other duties and responsibilities and/or special projects as assigned.
