Glo Resources is currently seeking a Bilingual Vinyl Department Manager to work in Madison, MS 39110. The pay rate is $18-20 per hour depending on experience. Workdays are Monday-Friday 8-5, with weekend and overtime available.

Job overview:

Directly report to Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Vinyl department leads and assistant responsibilities.

· Maintaining tent fabric is the best shape possible.

· Keeping all fabric correctly labeled and organized to meet delivery/pickup schedule

· Vinyl Staging/Prep

· Keeping vinyl staged or tagged in bins for the next 10 days.

· Washing, grading, and fixing all tent vinyl

· Keeping logs of what has been washed.

· Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment.

· Communicating with crew managers to make sure wet vinyl is processed first.

· Communicating with crew managers about any damaged vinyl.

· Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures.

· Being a team player

Working Conditions:

· Must be able to stand and be physically active for hours at a time.

· Outdoors in all weather conditions, indoors for some installations

· Some Night/ Weekend work required.

Preferred Experience:

· Construction or other outdoor field Crew leader/foreman experience

· Three months tent installation experience is a plus.

· Bi-lingual/Ability to speak Spanish is required.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED is preferred but NOT a requirement.

· Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs over significant distances.

· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record preferred, but not necessary.

· Some Night/Weekend Required.
