Salary will be between $58,000 to $62,000, based on experience (plus insurance and time off benefits)

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Program Manager position in Tampa for our Incredible Years program. The Incredible Years program supports children from ages 3 to 8 years old and their families, providing group therapy sessions to aid in mental health intervention. The Program Manager will oversee and facilitate the family group sessions and will be responsible for managing, supervising and implementation of day-to-day operations of the program to ensure the compliance and overall successful achievement of grant deliverables.

A Snapshot of what you'll do:

• Oversee and facilitate family group sessions, supervision and implementation of day-to-day operations of the program to ensure the compliance and overall successful achievement of grant deliverables
• Work with community agencies and coordinate agency collaboration
• Market the Incredible years program to community agencies and families
• Supervise facilitators and facilitate family group sessions
• Work with and lead the team in certification process for Incredible years
• Launch initial Incredible Years program

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, early education, or related field
• Bilingual, Spanish/English, preferred
• Minimum three years' direct experience in a related field
• Minimum three years' experience management and leadership experience
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• An energetic, creative and professional individual who will portray and promote a positive, respectful, and team-based environment
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to meet Easterseals Florida's approved driver requirements since travel is required
