Experienced Scheduling Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
- New patient scheduling
- Procedure and surgery scheduling
- Optimize our relationship with referral sources
- Obtain insurance verifications and authorizations and medical clearances
- Various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 3 years of medical office experience minimum. (Please do not apply if you do not have this level of experience
- Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word and Google suite.
- Extremely organized.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High Attention to precision and detail.
- Dependable, honest, can exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Always accountable, especially to timelines and due dates.
- Takes direction well.
- Willing to remain in the position for at least one year.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
