POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides a full range of counseling and clinical duties including but not limited to assessment, treatment planning, and education, to clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorder.
Competitive salary: $80,000.
Flexible hours, partial remote considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a minimum of 30 hours of treatment per week (e.g., group, individual session, etc.)
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans based upon assessment data, diagnosis, stage of change, and clinical presentation.
• Engage diverse populations utilizing an approach that is person-centered and responsive to culture, gender, and trauma experience.
• Demonstrate ability to defuse emergency situations.
• Maintain clear, timely, and presentable documentation.
• Participate in supervision and case conference as required by program.
• Licensed staff may be asked to provide clinical signoff and/or supervision.
• Individuals identified as a supervising clinician will be responsible for the provision of clinical supervision of interns and unlicensed clinicians as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
