Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist - LICENSED. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a psychiatric environment. What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of psychiatric patients.
• You will instruct patients and families regarding treatment instructions

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a human services related field (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or Counseling
• Advanced educational preparation or experience in the area of clinical practice and/or management
• Eligible for or currently licensed in Florida as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT)
• American Heart Association BLS
• Crisis Intervention Prevention (CPI) training required.

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Masters Degree
• Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Psychologist, or License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Counselor

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
