Social Connections was founded by a professional that is immensely devoted to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Through her experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis as a clinician and as an Autism Program Teacher in the school district the exposure to different contexts lead to the development of Social Connections generalization approach to ABA therapy. Receiving intensive training and supervision from influential analysts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, SCLC incorporates several components of learned strategies including progressive ABA.

We’re seeking energetic and enthusiastic Behavior Therapists with passion, devotion to the the field and with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to think outside the box and become a critical thinker when it comes to programming. We are wanting therapist whom are creative and innovative when applying therapy and whose passion drives their session. We are not a fan of ridged protocols and provide intensive training and supervision to help our therapist become fluent in our systematic approach to ABA. The Social Adaptability implementation of programming involves teaching learning to learn skills on a systematic scale. Therapist are expected learn through observational learning when supervisors model programs, and when training sessions are in place.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for!

• Education- Bachelors Degree; candidates wishing to obtain their BCaBA™
• MUST have an ACTIVE Registered Behavior Technician ® (RBT ®) credential
• Have reliable transportation and provide proof of auto liability insurance
• Be able to complete our 90-day trial period training experience to satisfactory performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to adapt to the Social Adaptability Approach to ABA as well as progressive ABA implementation
• Within the first 90 days of employment display understanding, and progress towards the application of Skinners Verbal Operants, behavioral artist characteristics, ability to blend programs with the art of ABA, DTT, NET, L2L, Discrimination Training and Teaching Interaction Procedures.
• Must be willing to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
• Individuals must meet monthly benchmarks for performance feedback
• Individuals who are wanting to grow and develop within Social Connections for additional specialty roles
• Looking for candidates wanting to pursue their Progressive Behavior Autism Interventionist® Certification and or Progressive Behavior Autism Supervisor® Certification.
