Behavior Technician Job at Orion ABA, Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy in the client’s home by implementing all programs developed by the BCBA's
- Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
- Must be willing to travel to multiple locations
- Must be able to work variable hours (evenings, weekends)
- Collect and record data during each session
- Complete all mandatory training, including in the home training and online training
- Communicate with clinical team to ensure quality of service
Job Requirements:
- Experience with children or people with disabilities
- High School Degree
- 18 years of age or older
- Hard working, energetic, eager to learn, committed to clients, and positive
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
