  • BHT SIGN ON BONUS OF $2,500
  • Generous hourly starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $25.00 per hour (w2 employment)
  • BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas


PRIORITY VACANCIES:

Lancaster County

  • M from 12pm-3pm
  • Sat 12pm-1:30pm, T, Th & F from 5pm-6pm in Lancaster City
  • M through Th 3:15pm-5:15pm in Manheim Township
  • 2 days per week, not Friday from 4pm-6pm in Manheim

Lebanon County

  • M,W,F from 3:30pm-6pm
  • M through Th from 4pm-6pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide one-to-one assistance to children/adolescents with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client.
  • Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst (Master’s Level Clinician).
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Experience working with children preferred

CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS:

(Clearances and TB current within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
  • TB Screening
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
