Before & After School Enrichment (BASE) Assistant Group Supervisor Job at YMCA of Greensburg
The Greensburg YMCA has been serving the community of Greensburg for over 155 years and our Childcare programs are both Keystone STARS designated.
The Greensburg YMCA has an immediate need for positive, energetic, and nurturing child group supervisors in our Before and After School Enrichment Childcare programs.
Positions are part-time up to 29 hours per week with an hourly rate of $11.00/hour.
No Weekends or Holidays, Flexible AM/PM hours available!
Responsibilities include:
- Provides continuous supervision to children to ensure the health and safety.
- Help in developing age- appropriate curriculum that are both fun and educational (Ages range from 6 weeks to 12 years).
- Supporting the program and mission of the Greensburg YMCA.
- Assuming all other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a HS diploma or GED
- Documented 2 years experience with children
- Must have PA State Criminal History Clearance (Act 34), Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, NSOR
- Physical Exam and TB test within the last 12 months
