Summary:

Flatter, Inc. is seeking highly qualified Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) Instructors to support the Logistics Leaders College on Fort Lee, VA,

Responsibilities:

· Knowledgeable of TRADOC Regulation 350-7, TRADOC Pam 350-7-70 and the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) process used to develop learning products.

· BOLC Instructors shall have one (1) year of experience teaching, developing, or reviewing course material, training aids, and manuals for military training programs. BOLC Instructors shall be proficient in all aspects of the entire LOG BOLC course to facilitate instruction in any module of instruction.

Education and Experience

Instructors shall have:

· Prior military service at a rank of Captain (CPT) or above,

· Minimum of seven (7) years prior military service, and been honorably discharged or currently serving as a United States Army Reserves (USAR) or National Guard officer.

· BOLC Instructors shall have graduated from LOG-C3 or a US Army Captains Career Course equivalent, such as Combined Logistics Officers’ Advanced Course (CLOAC) or combined Logistics Captains Career Course (CLC3).

· BOLC Instructors shall have been or currently shall be a Logistics Branch (LG) officer.

· BOLC Instructors shall have completed a successful Company Command of 12 months or more (validated with an Officer Evaluation Report rating of “Excels”, “Proficient”. ”Most Qualified” or “Highly Qualified”).

· BOLC Instructors shall have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. It is preferred that BOLC Instructors have deployment experience (operational or combat) in the last ten years.

Security Clearance:Must have an adjudicated National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

Workdays: Monday – Friday

Work hours: Core hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Travel: As needed to support the mission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
