About us
The Pioneer on Long Lake is a family owned bar/restaurant/resort in Sarona, WI. We are fast-paced, high-volume, fun and social. We are looking for people to grow with our family business.
We are currently seeking a daytime bartender. Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Must be willing to cross-train as a cook. No experience necessary. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Use good judgment when dealing with customers, vendors, and management.
- Pour drinks in accordance with industry standards.
- Communicate to the wait staff what beer, wine, and spirits are available and the price of each drink.
- Be responsible for cleaning the bar stool seats and bar tops.
