Bartender Job at Carroll Lutheran Village
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender at Carroll Lutheran Village! This position will work 4p-close on a part time basis including some weekend shifts!
What You’ll Do as a Bartender at Carroll Lutheran Village:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Stock and arrange bar/cart supplies
- Take and place menu orders from customers
- Engage with older adult residents to provide excellent customer service
- Attend required trainings and in-services

Why We Want You On Our Team – You’ll Bring:
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Must have, or be willing to obtain a TIPS Certification (paid for by company)
- Ability to comply with Maryland legal guidelines for sale and service of alcohol
- Previous experience working in a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC), a plus
