Service here is paramount. The Grinds standards and expectations are much higher than other restaurants in the area. If you feel you can provide exceptional service while also demonstrating the work required to learn our food and drinks inside and out, than this is a job you can do very well for yourself. No experience required if you are confident in your ability to learn and already have a good understanding of customer service. Must be 18 or older. Sunday availability is required. We are looking for generally open availability.
