True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Banquet Cook to join our team at our hotel in Devens, Massachusetts. This family-owned organization has a uniquely remarkable culture and is conveniently headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the food production
- Assign production and preparation levels based on projected business forecast.
- Maintain proper inventory levels; restocks and orders new inventory. Maintains supplier connection
- Oversee recipe compliance
- Receive and inspect all deliveries and invoices
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
- Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time
- Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department and other required organizations according to local codes.
