We are seeking bakers and ice cream cooks for challenging roles in our commissary kitchen. Compensation and benefits include:

These positions require dedication to the craft of making macarons and ice cream, strong attention to detail, a high level of persistence, and enthusiasm for working as part of a team. Positions are available at our commissary kitchen on West Jefferson Boulevard in Dallas. Applicants may be considered for supervisory roles depending on experience and capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Dedication to the craft of making macarons and ice cream

- High level of persistence

- 1-2 years of commercial bakery, pastry, or creamery experience (preferred)
JOY Macarons is a specialty bakery with three retail stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our products are made in a central commissary kitchen and delivered to the three stores on a daily basis. Our tight-knit kitchen team works together each day to hand craft French macarons, ice cream, and macaron ice cream sandwiches in a wide variety of flavors.
