This position entails various BOH responsibilities in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, can multi-task, follow instructions with attention to detail and, most importantly, is punctual and reliable.

This position entails, but is not limited to, the following duties:

*Greeting customers and seating them at their designated table. *Organizing table assignments for reservations. *Set up for daily operations, wine tastings, and events. *Clearing, cleaning and sanitizing tables. *Prepping wine and food pairings. *Washing dishes and glasses. *Sweeping, mopping, and restocking. *Misc. housekeeping maintenance such as laundry, cleaning restrooms, etc. *Outdoor operations (April - October) including parking setup, moving outdoor tables and chairs, putting out umbrellas, trash removal, etc.

Qualifications:

*Written/verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and accurately follow written and verbal instructions. *Professional appearance and demeanor. *Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/carry 50 lbs. *Reliable form of transportation. *Must be a team player and maintain a positive disposition. *Must be able to work weekends and some holidays *Must be over the age of 16 years old.

This position requires a minimum of 4 weekend days a month as well as weekdays as needed. We look forward to hearing from you!

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $13.00/hour.
