We sell gourmet, award-winning fresh seafood to a very small niche of fine-dining restaurants across the country. We are looking for a hungry sales professional who is able to adapt to our sales methodology and open new accounts.
The job:
This is a phone sales job, our proven sales methodology is one that does not include LinkedIn, email, or social media connections. Our customers are chefs who work in and do business in their kitchens. Your job will be to get through gatekeepers to speak with these chefs across the country. You must open new accounts + revive previous ordering accounts. We supply all of the leads and require little admin work from you, this job is all about calling and establishing relationships with chefs.
Schedule
We work very early in the morning to accommodate mainland accounts, the hours for this job are 5:30AM-2PM in-person at our production facility in Kalihi.
Pay
Monthly base pay of $3000 + 2.5% commission including residual commission on ordering accounts. That means you earn commission any time your customer base places an order.
We don't cap your commission, this job is lucrative for a hungry rep eager to build their book of business, it is not an order-taking job. There are monthly performance requirements after an initial probationary period.
