With the two brands AirDoctor and AquaTru, the company is in the process of developing a commercial division to launch and grow sales in commercial spaces such as Healthcare facilities, Offices, Schools and Hotels.

We are now looking for a B2B Sales Coordinator to coordinate the sales operations of our commercial channel. This role will be a key person who will be very much involved in business development and growth of the commercial channel and company as a whole.


Primary Duties and responsibilities

  • Set up sales representatives and new customer accounts in our system
  • Generate leads and communicate those to the external sales force and manager
  • Job quote generation
  • Order processing
  • Forecasting inventory
  • Support manager and Leadership team with various tasks for business development and growth
  • Sales and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate B2B projects across internal teams and channels
  • Collaborate with team members across departments and management to achieve targets
  • B2B Sales Coordinator will today report directly to Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Job qualifications:

  • A college degree or minimum 2 years full-time experience of inside sales account management
  • A positive and driven person with a passion for sales and company growth
  • Be able to handle many tasks and prioritize time
  • A person willing to grow with the responsibilities
  • Comfortable with in-person and digital presentations
  • A person that offers point of views and information back to the manager and the company
  • Understanding the importance of CRM system monitoring
