Job Summary and Opportunity:
The ideal candidate has a background in operations management, team development and management, and banking, preferably small business banking. Candidate should be results driven, committed to continuous process improvement and excellent client experience. Ideal candidate has great computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, Meridian Link, etc.) is a self-starter, effective communicator, both verbal and written, organized, and dependable.
Responsibilities:
  • Overseas sales support, servicing, and day to day operations of Small Business with Axos
  • Owns all SBB PROM Docs and Procedures
  • Responsible for SBB Service Model
  • Manages QC and monthly certification process for SBB
  • Partner with Consumer Call Center, Commercial Banking, Dep Ops, Electronic Banking, Wires, etc. to ensure alignment, SLAs are met, and to ensure a good client experience
  • Implement reporting, monitor and analyze data for results, trends and to take action as needed
  • Lead product and services and technology development and enhancements from an Ops perspective
  • Implements process improvements for consistency, scalability, and to eliminate friction
  • Recruit, build, lead, manage, and develop operations team
  • Develop on-boarding and training programs
  • Motivate and empower the team
  • Set and manage individual and team projections, goals, value drivers, and targets
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred or required equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' banking management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

A targeted annual base salary or hourly range of USD $65,000/Yr. - USD $72,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 20%.
