AAA Bob Sumerel Tire & Service is actively hiring for a hardworking and dependable Automotive General Service Technician (Tire & Lube) to join our Car Care Repair Team in Newport, KY!

• A starting wage up to $16.00/hr, depending on experience
• Our full-time Tire & Lube Technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Monday, Friday and Saturday generally required. You'll always have your Sundays off, and will have another day off during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday depending on business need).

What our Automotive General Service Technicians do:

• Mount, balance, and install tires
• Oil changes, fluid flushes, and lubrication
• Aid management with in-store inventory and/or stocking tires
• Assist in cleaning the store as needed to ensure a safe work environment
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization, while working as a part of the team

What you will need to succeed:

• A High School Diploma or GED and/or one to three months related experience or training
• A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and the ability to lift up to 75lbs
• The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position
• Authorized to work in the USA

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
