Core Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order per dealership processes
- Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate additional services needed to the Service Advisor and provide an estimate of the time required for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous mainline automotive technician experience is required
- Experience working with Hyundai and/or Kia vehicles is a HUGE plus!
- Hyundai certifications are ideal
- Thoroughness with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and on a team
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
