- Verify Appointment details
- Prioritize customers waiting to be written up
- Greet customers returning to pick up their vehicles
- Keep coffee and refreshments stocked.
- Keep customer lounge area neat, clean, and orderly.
- Run errands, pick up or deliver customers, etc.
- Keep service drive clear by parking cars (once repair order has been written) in appropriate areas and placing keys on board.
- Develop and maintain a high level of cooperation with your co-workers.
