The ideal candidate is a licensed Automotive repair technician, with a minimum of 10 years experience in the automotive service industry. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, as well as a background in mechanical repair, diagnostic trouble-shooting, and automotive sales and marketing. The right candidate will also have a firm grasp of technical skills required to successfully manage a busy, growing repair shop.
