Red McCombs Superior Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. We are looking for an individual with excellent people and communication skills. Someone who is looking for a place they can call home, not just a job! .

The dealership is presently undergoing a major remodeling project and we will have a new state-of-art shop and showroom by the year’s end.

Service Advisor Job Duties:
Provide a quick friendly greeting to our customer upon their arrival or when they call.
Take ownership of the customer’s experience by ensuring all their questions are answered and all their concerns are addressed.
Follow through on their vehicle’s service from start to finish. Communicating the details of the repairs and keeping them updated on the progress.
Advise the customer on the value of maintaining their vehicle properly and to make appropriate service recommendations.
Ensure all the repair documentation has been completed.
Explain the work that was performed.
Spend the time necessary to build a relationship with the customer and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
Professional Appearance- Good listener with excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Requires a back ground check and drug testing
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
