Mission Viejo Acura, while one of the highest volume service centers, always stresses the importance of meeting the needs of our Guests first. With that in mind, being an energetic, friendly, knowledgeable individual, with outstanding people skills and communication skills, will be required!
We are searching for individuals who are professional, dependable, self-motivated, and who are respectful to both Guests and Team Members.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of: high school diploma or GED, customer facing experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive, energetic attitude. Consistent, prompt attendance is mandatory. Experience as a Service Advisor is appreciated, however, we welcome and encourage those who have customer service experience (retail, sales, hospitality, etc.).
