We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and providing advice on vehicle maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and wear.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs.
- Advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Explain the repair process to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Inbound/Outbound phone calls
