JOB DESCRIPTION:

Good Brothers is an award-winning Dodge and Ram dealership that has been a fixture in the region for the last 25 years and is one of the top new Dodge and Ram car dealers in New England. The Good family has been in the automobile business for nearly 100 years and is currently operating under 3rd generation ownership.

Good Brothers is currently looking for a seasoned salesperson to join our automotive sales team. If you are a motivated sales professional that is looking for a rewarding opportunity and desire a high level of success individually and as a team, then we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understands new and used automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
  • Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
  • Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
  • Conducts daily customer prospecting in accordance with company established goals
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports and updating CRM system consistently.
  • Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays, and clean up on snowy days.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, meeting all manufacturer training requirements and reading professional publications.
  • Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Automobile industry experience and knowledge
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Five years’ experience in new and used car sales in a dealership environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills and knowledge
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
