We're looking for a Automotive Product & Delivery Specialist to join our team at FRIENDSHIP NISSAN OF BOONE.
As a Product and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value and features of automobiles and accessories. This is not a commission based sales position. The focus is to educate customers on features and benefits of the products and services Friendship has to offer. You will be expected to do so in such a way that is fun and exciting for our customers as well as yourself without the pressure and stress of working on commission!
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a friendly, energetic manner that generates excitement
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Deliver vehicles sold in a manner that ensures owner proficiency and satisfaction
- Continuously develop knowledge of products by maintaining Subject Matter Expert status
- Report to managers while exceeding set goals and expectations
- Consistently meet Customer Satisfaction score goals communicated by management
- Ensure vehicles are organized and displayed in a manner that generates interest
- Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship family and culture
Requirements:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work flexible hours in fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Excellent communication and reasoning skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
