**Passenger Service Agents**

Full Job Description

Duties:

Passenger Service Agents (PSA's), are individuals who assist passengers with in terminal transportation. PSA’s will assist passengers with wheelchairs as well as with providing assistance to passengers with disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.). As a PSA you will assist travelers with disabilities or who are in need of special assistance.

This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and walk and stand for extended periods of time. We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented with compassion for others.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible for hire in the U.S
• Customer service skills
• Maintain professional appearance
• Applicants must have 2 valid forms of ID
• Must be able to pass 10 year background check
• Applicants must be able to perform physical requirements including lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, pushing passengers in wheelchairs, spending extended periods standing and walking
• Dependable, self motivated and responsible
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends if needed

**Baggage Handlers**

Duties:

Bag Runners, are individuals who assist airline passengers with their checked luggage. Depending on needs this can include handling passenger luggage and placing in in the correct belt or verifying identification of passenger and placing tag information on passengers luggage. As a bag runner you will aid passenger with their checked luggage making sure the process runs as smooth as possible.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible for hire in the U.S
• Customer service skills
• Maintain professional appearance
• Applicants must have 2 valid forms of ID
• Must be able to pass 10 year background check
• Applicants must be able to perform physical requirements including lifting a minimum of 75 lbs, spending extended periods standing and walking
• Dependable, self motivated and responsible
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including early mornings, and weekends if needed
